Refund & Return Policy
We stand behind our craft. If something isn't right, here's exactly how returns work.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 15 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 15 days cannot be accepted.
2. Condition of Returned Items
Returns are accepted only on unused, unopened items in their original, resalable packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for return.
3. Digital Products
All digital and downloadable products are final sale and non-refundable. Because these items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
4. Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and will be deducted from your refund.
5. Return Shipping & International Orders
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- For international orders, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and return postage.
- Secret Energy is not responsible for any additional customs fees, import charges, or return postage costs incurred on international shipments.
6. How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions if your request qualifies.
7. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds (less the 15% restocking fee) are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 15 days of delivery and we will make it right at no cost to you.
