Each formulation is prepared with care before it makes its way to you.
1. Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
2. Shipping Times
Delivery times vary by destination and selected shipping method. Estimated transit times are provided at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees.
3. Digital Products
Digital and downloadable products are delivered electronically — download links are provided immediately after purchase and in your confirmation email. No physical shipment is made.
4. International Shipping
- We ship to many international destinations.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping charge.
- Secret Energy is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local carriers.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
