FIRST THING IN THE AM:
Drink 1tsp of the Mangosteen Hibiscus + 1tsp of Turmeric, and a squeeze of lemon juice in 1 cup of hot water Allow it to steep for 5-10 min. And enjoy.
About 45 minutes before your lunch, drink 30-60 drops of the Fat Belly tonic. It is best assimilated if drank in some warm water, in a gentle herbal tea.
With lunch or as a late lunch, enjoy 1/2-1tsp of Green Coffee powder in your choice of a green smoothie, or green juice. Also in any plant-based high fiber (and low glycemic) alternative works excellent!
